I didn't write this program; I only found it in a very old mailing list archive. It prints nice labels for DLT tapes for use in a tape changer with a laser scanning device. I printed the labels on cardstock and cut them out; they work great in my Compaq DLT library. The program makes ATL-spec barcodes which consist of three letters followed by three numbers.

There is no license mentioned in the file but the authors were John F. Stoffel and Jeff Jewett, both of whom posted this work on a public mailing list. The file was dated 3/3/98.
