Slava coils rewound
The Slava Transistor, the Russian clone of the
Accutron 214, is almost never found with good coils.
I rewound two sets for a fellow repairer. One required both sides and the other required just one. One also had a bad transistor, which I replaced.
These are harder to handle than 214 coils, because the brown plastic is not as robust as the Accutron's green plastic. The electronics are often bad, especially the transistor.
Also, these are found with bad battery leakage more often than Accutron coils. The Russian batteries were apparently not sealed as well. I haven't seen an original battery yet!
